Therefore, the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic does not recognize these reservations as valid.
If the authorities of the sending state refuse to comply with such a request, the diplomatic bag shall be sent back to the place of origin. The Government of the French Republic does not regard as valid the reservation to article 27, paragraph 4, made by the State of Kuwait. The contraband articles will be seized in the presence of a representative of the Ministry and the Mission. This declaration is not to be regarded as preventing the Convention’s entry into force as between the French Republic and the People’s Republic of China.
