Yes, staying together is a good strategy but so is staying alone! I think Xaso would be rather uncomfortable reading something called ‘The Little Niggers’, which takes place on ‘Nigger Island’ how did Christie want to pull this off? You lost touch with the world-an island was a world of its own.
I chose this particular novel because the premise not only sounded intriguing, GR friends highly recommended it and I can see why. I had heard that Christie plays fair in all of her novels, that she does not resort to deus ex machina tactics.
The participants were also held in suspense, accusing each other of being the murderer.
